Can I place an order by phone or email?
You can order any of the products you find online at christiandesignstudios.com by email or mail. We will be happy to process your order just as quickly as we'd process an online order.
It is possible to cancel an order immediately after it is placed. However, because we process orders and ship them to you as quickly as possible, if you do not edit or cancel your order immediately after it is placed, it is possible your order is already processed, at which point it is no longer possible to edit or cancel your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
To check if your order has been processed, you will need to contact us by email and we will let you know if you are still able to edit or cancel your order.
